All investment and trading recommendations are subject to market risks. We do not guarantee profits, fixed returns, or assured outcomes. Clients are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions.
- No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a subscription is purchased, except in cases where services are terminated by us due to regulatory requirements, such as the suspension or cancellation of our SEBI registration.
In such cases:
- If services are terminated permanently, a pro-rata refund will be made for the remaining subscription period.
- If services are suspended for more than 60 days, a pro-rata refund will also apply.
- Payment Terms
- All subscription fees must be paid in advance via authorized payment channels (Net Banking, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or SEBI-approved mechanisms).
- We do not accept cash payments.
- Fees paid are for research and advisory services only, not for any profit-sharing arrangement.
- Client Responsibilities
- Do not share your Demat account credentials, OTPs, or personal passwords with any of our employees.
- Do not transfer payments to any individual’s account — use only the official payment details provided on our website.
- Confidential research reports must not be shared with third parties.
